Refund Policy
At Reborn Kings Gaming LLC, we take pride in providing authentic, factory-sealed Japanese Pokémon products and high-quality Rip & Ship services. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are final.
1. No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
This applies to all purchases, including sealed product sales and Rip & Ship events.
2. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before checkout.
RBK Gaming is not liable for errors caused by incorrect addresses or customer input.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
All products are shipped in factory-sealed condition as received from our distributors.
RBK Gaming is not responsible for manufacturer defects (e.g., print lines, miscuts, off-centering).
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
4. Rip & Ship Purchases
By purchasing a Rip & Ship product, you consent to the item being opened live on stream and shipped as-is.
Pull rates, card values, or specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
Dissatisfaction with pack contents is not a valid reason for a return or refund.
5. Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are if:
The wrong item was shipped due to an error on our part.
An order was never fulfilled despite successful payment.
