1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Rip & Ship purchases will be opened live on stream, then packaged and shipped within the same timeframe.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and order size.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location and delivery method.
Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.
3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.
4. International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.
Delivery times vary and may be delayed due to customs processing.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
RBK Gaming is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance for high-value orders.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete.
RBK Gaming is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
7. Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect products, please contact us at darrell@rbkgaming.store within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
